To access the full range of taka vat services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and requesting withdrawals — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible players across all eight divisions of Bangladesh including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one taka vat account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, you must contact taka vat support immediately.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a contact number. This information must be accurate and kept up to date. taka vat may request documentary evidence to verify any of the details you have provided at any point during your account's lifetime. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete.

taka vat reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the decision.

Wagering Requirements. All bonuses awarded by taka vat are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's individual terms. The wagering requirement is the total amount you must wager on eligible games before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in total qualifying bets before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

Eligible Games. Not all games on taka vat contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations. The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the individual promotion's terms.

Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not used or wagered through within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period begins from the moment the bonus is credited to your account, not from the moment you first use it. Expired bonus funds and any associated pending winnings are removed from the account without compensation.

Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus. Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion's terms, winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap. This cap is specified in each promotion and exists to ensure that taka vat's bonus programme remains sustainable and fair across all players.

Closure by taka vat. taka vat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account closure include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false registration information, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, prohibited conduct as described in Section 7, or any other behaviour taka vat considers detrimental to the integrity of the platform or the safety of its player community.

Closure by the Player. You may close your taka vat account at any time by contacting customer support via the email address listed on the platform. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided KYC verification has been completed and no outstanding disputes or investigations are active on the account.

Dormant Accounts. An account is classified as dormant if no login, deposit, or withdrawal activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. taka vat will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder before dormancy fees are applied. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 will be deducted from the account balance until either the account is reactivated by the player or the balance reaches zero. Once the balance reaches zero, the dormant account will be closed. Bonus funds remaining in a dormant account will be forfeited immediately upon dormancy classification.

Self-Exclusion. If you wish to exclude yourself from the taka vat platform for responsible gaming reasons, please use the self-exclusion tool available in your account settings or contact taka vat support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within two hours. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be blocked and you will be unable to deposit, play, or withdraw. Limitation of Liability. taka vat provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, taka vat makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game information, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. taka vat's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold taka vat, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the taka vat platform, your breach of these Terms & Conditions, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Intellectual Property. All content on the taka vat platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and structural design — is the property of taka vat or its licensed content suppliers. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written consent from taka vat.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never been included.

Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and taka vat with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
